1.2. Please note that all purchases that You will make on the Website will be sent to You from one of Our fulfilment centres, which address will not match Our office address. All returns should be sent to Our fulfillment center – for more detailed information about returns please see Our Return Policy.

1.3. In order to use the Website and make any purchase on the Website You must meet the following minimal requirements:

• (a) You have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them;
• (b) You are of legal age to use the Website and/or to enter into a remote contract via online means, as required by Your local laws;

2.1. Our Website is dedicated to selling various consumer household goods (hereinafter – “Goods”).

2.2. All our Goods are designed and manufactured in accordance with all EU requirements applicable to household goods.

2.3. The Goods that we sell on the Website are not toys and are not intended to be used by children. Please do not give the Goods you purchase on our Website to minors without Your attendance.

2.5. RECOVR™ memory foam pillow (hereinafter - “RECOVR™”) is an ergonomic contour pillow made from the Polyurethane-based memory foam with a polyester outer cover. It is designed for a comfortable sleep in 3 positions (back, side, stomach).

2.7. RECOVR™ or any claims listed in its web material have not been evaluated by the FDA. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2.8. If you have a health concern or pre-existing condition, consult a physician before using RECOVR™. RECOVR™ IS NOT intended to replace or supersede any of your doctor’s advice or prescriptions.

2.9. We will not accept responsibility for changes to RECOVR™ properties if used without following specifications and user manual.

3. PRICING, PAYMENTS AND CHARGES

3.1. Final price inclusive of taxes and fees shall be displayed on the checkout page. Import fees may apply depending on Your country.

3.2. Prices may be subject to change. Discounts may apply.

3.3. We may modify or discontinue any Goods without liability.

3.4. Goods may be sent from China; import laws may apply.

3.5. Prices may include additional taxes.

3.6. Bank conversion rates/fees not our responsibility.

3.7. Payment methods accepted: Credit card, PayPal, other electronic payments.

3.8. We may refuse/cancel orders at our discretion.

4. DISCOUNT CODES

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

6.4. Refunds within 14 days after receiving returned Goods.

6.5. Returned Goods must be undamaged and in original packaging.

6.7. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. WARRANTY

7.2. Warranty does not apply to physical damage, improper use, or after 2 years from delivery.
