We understand that sometimes things change and you may need to return your order. That's why we set-up a

60-Days Return Policy

You can return your products purchased from us within 60 days from receiving and receive a refund, exchange or store credit for future purchases, if:

  1. You have received a product with damaged or contaminated package;
  2. You have received a product that is defective or otherwise bad;
  3. You have received a wrong item;
  4. You have changed your mind and want to return a product.

We only offer this 60-day returns policy for physical products purchased on this website. If you have purchased “RECOVR™” products from other sellers, please refer to the purchase site for returns, as such returns might be subject to the seller’s policy over which we have no control.

Steps To Take When Returning A Product

Step #1 - Contact our Customer Support Team by filling out a contact form here at https://www.recovrnow.com/contact within 60 days of receiving your ordered products. Please provide to the customer support your Full Name, Email, Order number, and briefly describe the reason for the return.

Step #2 – Our customer support team will respond within 3 business days. If your return request meets the terms and conditions, we will send you a return form (RMA) to fill. Return address:

Please note returns are accepted only after filling the RMA form. Orders sent without RMA cannot be processed.

Step #3 – Re-pack your product safely, attach the RMA form visibly, and send the products to the return address provided in the RMA form. Un-defective items must be returned in undamaged packaging suitable for further use. For defective items, contact support before returning.

Step #4 - Complete the RMA form by filling in the tracking number and carrier. Returns without tracking numbers might be refused. Use registered or trackable shipping.

Step #5 - Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Refunds are sent to the original payment source and may take 3–5 business days to appear in bank statements.
